who we are
Lyndi Stein and Molly Martin met at an intensive 9-week startup course for culinary concepts in 2015. Since that time, they have mentored, consulted, and supported one another in various stages of each other’s careers. In early 2017, both women realized they preferred the collaboration and community of creative partnership and began to dovetail their respective strengths and experiences.
Juniper Green was founded on the collective idea that food is meant to be beautiful, nourishing, and most importantly, shared with those you love.
Born in coastal Mississippi and educated at Sewanee, Molly moved to Nashville to pursue a career in music, like you do. While she still performs musically, she is probably best known as a culinarian, having worked in the kitchens of Nashville notables including Tandy Wilson, Will Uhlhorn, Sam Tucker, Laura Wilson and Jason Brumm, among others, as well as in operations management with Strategic Hospitality, and starting the culinary program at Salt + Vine. With a soul full of creativity and positive energy, Molly is the Culinary & Client Director and leads the kitchen as head chef.
After 27 years in Florida, Lyndi stretched her wings and finally took a year-round trip, living in Houston, New Orleans, and a brief month back in Florida before finally landing in Nashville in 2011. There, she decided to leave her career in engineering to work in management consulting and pursue her MBA at Belmont University. Through these outlets, she start the online bakery you know of as Littlest Love. With a passion for creativity in the kitchen and a knack for business and process development, Lyndi is the Operations & Events Director, as well as the pastry chef behind the brand.
